Escape to Heaven with your stay at Aloha Niulani! Aloha Niulani is our 4-bedroom, 2-bath Ocean Front Beach home located in Kauai, Hawaii. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Aloha Niulani is tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-to-8 minutes walking distance to shopping and dining. Privacy for your family, but still close to town, with a quiet beach at your back door! Aloha Niulani comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Aloha Niulani is one of the rare homes on Kauai with a complete home Central Air system! We are also located right on the 6-Mile Kapaa Path (biking/jogging/walking). Aloha Niulani is also a great spot for winter whale watching! Not to mention the fact that you can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house! Located just 2 blocks from Baby (Fuji) Beach.

We hag a group visit and stay a week. The location was amazing!! Walking distance to anything you may need. The beach steps away was an amazing way to start each morning watching the sunrise. We all decided we would definitely stay again! The kitchen was fully stocked and we made use of the grill for dinner one day and had breakfast a few times as well. An easy was to make our stay a little more economical. Rob was a great host extremely responsive and was able to get us an earlier check in. Thank you so much!! We loved it!!!
This beach house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the accommodations were great. The location was perfect. We were right on beach. We were surprised to even find some snorkel gear and beach chairs in one of the closets! Walking distance to a couple excellent restaurants. Kapa'a itself is a very nice city, seems to be right in the middle of the north and south side of the Island. Easy access to everything we need. Highly recommended!
Our group consisted of 2 small families. Ours with 2 children (ages 11 and 13) and our friends with 1 child (age 12). The King room at the end of the hall had bathroom access from the bedroom and from the hall. The 2 twin bedroom was next to it. That's the area our family claimed. And our friends also had a King with access from the hallway and the bedroom, with a queen bedroom across from it, which was "theirs". It fit us all perfectly in that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking items we needed, including a rice cooker. We never ended up using the outdoor BBQ, because there's always a decent breeze off the ocean and we weren't sure if it would create challenges with the heat/flames...so we just opted not to bother with it.
Superb! Absolutely loved our 10 day stay. From location to responsiveness of the host, to the amenities provided, it truly felt like a home away from home. Couldn't recommend more.
Loved the house! Clean and well stocked with the basics and beyond. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and watching the ocean just beyond . Large kitchen/common area and spacious bedrooms. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary, with our three boys, 21, 18, and 16. It was such an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, with just the right amount of room for all of us. The beach was right outside the door, and we loved sitting out just watching the waves, or snorkeling when the waves weren't too high. The washer and dryer were perfect to have, and the kitchen was stocked with lots of supplies we used after a quick trip to Safeway (right down the street) for food. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean, and relaxing at night in the A/C. We would definitely stay here again! Rob was such a great host, and so easy to communicate with.
This house was everything we hoped for and more! It was clean, nicely decorated and had more than enough room for our family of five. Bonus to have AC in every bedroom. We enjoyed spending evenings outside in the sand in the back yard. The location of this house was perfect..easy drive to both sides of the island. Highly recommend and the homeowners were wonderful to work with. We would love to come back someday!
Our large family stayed here and it was the perfect beach house. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and water just steps from the back porch. The views can't be beat and nothing compares to waking up to the sound of the ocean every day. The property is in an ideal location to explore the island without spending the entire day driving. Rob was an excellent host and was extremely responsive. His team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Monica checked in on us regularly and brought fresh mangos and papayas from her own home! I will be recommending this home to everyone visiting Kauai and cannot wait to come back.
The location, the beach…..could you ask for more?! This house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, the sunrises are unreal! The AC was another bonus! We were more than pleased with the choice to stay here!!
This home in Kapa`a was a total treat! Imagine opening up your front door to see the Pacific Ocean steps from your own place! The sunrises were amazing, view spectacular all day long, with the lawn right outside your door and ten steps above the beach. The main sound you hear there is the roar of the ocean waves. The kitchen is brand new and fully appointed - we even baked a birthday cake while we were there! Kapa`a has a lot of great places to eat and shop and is within easy driving distance of all that Kauai has to offer. Rob was great to work with, telling us what to expect and checking to make sure we were having a good stay. We easily fit seven of us in the house, as expected. Highest recommendation.
We loved staying at Niulani! The best part was waking up to the ocean view everyday and being able to relax on the beach while the kiddos napped (the monitor was in range). We also loved the town of Kapaa, we could walk to happy hour, grocery store, coffee, shaved ice. Only needed a car to get to hiking trails, other cities, and the airport. We were able to snorkel right out front of the house, a couple reefs and smaller color fishies were around! Our girls are 1 and 3 years old, definitely suggest renting a crib/mattress and a bucket of toys from babylicious kauai! Rob is very responsive and helped with every need. Thank you Niulani!
